Positively Cleveland (Greater Cleveland's convention and visitors bureau) is a nonprofit organization working diligently to bring  business and leisure travelers to Cleveland Plus . Through the efforts of Positively Cleveland, some 13.75 million visitors bring $4.53 billion into the local economy annually.  That makes the hospitality industry one of the largest industries in Cuyahoga County.

Additionally, Positively Cleveland's subsidiary, the Spirit of Cleveland, provides training opportunities to hospitality professionals and also operates a Visitors Center in the heart of downtown Cleveland.
