The Business Development/Membership Department advances the mission of Positively Cleveland, Greater Cleveland's convention and visitors bureau, to impact economic vitality and quality of life for Cleveland Plus
and member businesses by servicing and broadening the membership base.

Our primary objectives are to engage our members in the development of the area's travel and tourism
industry and to develop and promote opportunities for our members to increase sales.
