| Positively Cleveland "Home for the Holidays" Facebook Sweepstakes Official Contest Rules |
Participation in the Positively Cleveland Facebook Contest constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Entries must be transmitted by 11:59pm E.S.T. on Sunday, November 15, 2009. 2. Limit one entry per person. 3. Sweepstakes sponsors are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. No phone calls, mail or facsimiles will be accepted regarding this sweepstakes. 4. Contest participants must be a fan of the Positively Cleveland Facebook fan page prior to 11:59pm on Sunday, November 15, 2009 in order to be considered a valid entry. 5. All entries become property of Positively Cleveland (the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland). 6. This sweepstakes is open to everyone 18 years old and older living in the United States except the employees of Positively Cleveland, the sponsors, their advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families. 7. Winner will be chosen on Monday, November 16, 2009. Winner will be notified via Facebook message. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 8. Check participating venues for exact days and hours of operation. There may be blackout dates during holidays. Other restrictions may apply. 9. Only one grand prize will be awarded. Unclaimed prizes by December 1, 2009 will not be awarded. See below for prize package details. 10. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of greater or equal value. 11. The winner and any persons accompanying the winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification letter, complete an eligibility affidavit and release of liability, and return them to Positively Cleveland within ten days of the date on the prize notification letter. The winner must also agree to the use of his or her name and/or photograph for advertising and/or trade purposes where permitted by law. 12. Liability for any applicable federal, state or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the individual winner. 13. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. 14. Airline vouchers must be used prior to December 16, 2009. Vouchers are redeemable for domestic flights only.
