LGBT Center Stars The LGBT Center of Greater Cleveland has researched and created a ranking system for accommodations to determine LGBT policies in place and level of LGBT friendliness. Accommodations can receive 1 - 5 Center Stars based on the following criteria:1. Do they include LGBT in employment discrimination policies? 2. Do they offer domestic partner benefits to employees? 3. Do they include LGBT in customer discrimination policies? 4. Do they advertise to the LGBT community? 5. Have they offered specific LGBT diversity training to employees? An accommodation earns 5 Center Stars if they have all 5 policies in place.
