The celebrated rock legends—bands, songwriters, producers and deejays--are honored in Cleveland’s one and only Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. The I.M. Pei-designed glass building dramatically overlooking Lake Erie holds treasures that range from Jimi Hendrix's handwritten lyrics to Tina Turner's memorable concert costumes, plus a variety of concert posters, ticket stubs, stage gear, handbills and much, much more.

Be forewarned, while there is metered street parking in front of the museum and you might feel you’ve lucked upon “rock star” parking, you are bound to stay for more than the meter’s allotted two hours. While lost in the museum’s fascinating archive of song clips, film montages, interviews and other media focused on the roots and evolution of rock and roll, you may forget to feed the meter and wind up with an unwanted ticket.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Cleveland Ohio Special exhibits, concerts and talks about and by the musicians you idolized growing up make for a memorable (and very cool) museum experience.
