Services for Independent Living, Inc. provides services and advocacy which empower persons with disabilities to lead self-directed and productive lives in the community.
Provides a number of services for blind and physically handicapped patrons with special needs, including free audio and Braille books and magazines, onsite computer access to reference sources in large print, braille and "voice" output and special cassette and phonograph players with various attachments, such as remote control units and amplifiers.
